This Payment Policy describes accepted payment methods and payment-related terms for purchases made through Man Cave Legends (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via www.mancavelegends.com (the “Website”).

This Payment Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and Billing Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment Authorization Requirement

Payment authorization for the full purchase amount is required at the time an order is placed.

Orders will not be processed, produced, or scheduled for delivery until full payment authorization has been successfully completed.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Shop Pay

  • Approved Buy Now, Pay Later (“BNPL”) providers, where available

Available payment methods may vary based on customer location, order value, or third-party eligibility requirements.

3. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

If a Buy Now, Pay Later option is selected:

  • The BNPL provider authorizes and settles the full purchase amount to Man Cave Legends at checkout

  • The customer enters into a separate financing agreement with the BNPL provider

  • Repayment terms, fees, interest, and dispute processes are governed exclusively by the BNPL provider’s terms

Man Cave Legends does not control, manage, or modify BNPL financing arrangements.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or authorized third-party payment processors.

Man Cave Legends does not store full payment card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its servers.

5. Authorization Failures and Payment Issues

If payment authorization fails or is reversed:

  • The order will not be accepted or fulfilled

  • Production or delivery scheduling may be delayed or canceled

  • Additional verification may be required before processing

We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be successfully authorized.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Refund eligibility, cancellations, and return conditions are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may be reviewed in accordance with our policies and submitted documentation.

Nothing in this Payment Policy guarantees a refund or credit.

7. Taxes and Fees

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and service fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment authorization.

8. Fraud Prevention and Verification

We reserve the right to:

  • Conduct fraud screening or identity verification

  • Request additional information before processing an order

  • Refuse or cancel transactions suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent activity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Man Cave Legends is not liable for:

  • Third-party payment processor outages or errors

  • BNPL provider decisions, denials, or disputes

  • Delays caused by payment authorization failures

Liability related to payment matters is further limited by our Terms of Service.

10. Changes to This Payment Policy

We may update this Payment Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Website or completion of a purchase after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Payment Policy.

11. Governing Law

This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
