Man Cave Legends currently ships to:

  • The 48 contiguous United States

  • Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International destinations

Shipping availability may change at our discretion.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped using one or more of the following methods, depending on the product:

  • Standard ground shipping

  • White-glove or in-home delivery services (where offered)

Shipping method selection, carrier assignment, and delivery scheduling are determined based on product size, weight, destination, and service availability.

3. Shipping Costs

  • White-glove or specialty delivery services, if selected, may carry additional fees

For freight or white-glove deliveries:

6. Delivery Access Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that delivery access is available and adequate.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Clear and unobstructed entryways

  • Doorway, hallway, elevator, and stair clearance

  • Compliance with building, HOA, or community rules

  • Availability of elevators or loading zones where required

Failure to provide adequate access may result in:

  • Delivery refusal

  • Additional fees

  • Delays or rescheduling at the customer’s expense

Man Cave Legends is not responsible for access-related delivery failures.

7. Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the designated delivery location, subject to carrier confirmation.

8. Inspection and Delivery Acceptance

Customers are responsible for inspecting delivered items immediately upon delivery.

If visible damage is observed:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take clear photos before accepting delivery

  • Contact us promptly at support@mancavelegends.com

Failure to report visible damage at delivery may limit available remedies.

9. Delivery Delays and Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers or delivery service providers

  • Weather conditions

  • Labor disruptions

  • Acts of God

  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

10. Returns and Delivery-Related Issues

Returns, refusals, cancellations, and refunds related to shipping or delivery are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.
